I do know the alphabet in sign language!
But.....
I dropped my camera the other day and the lens is not working properly :(
I am so bummed about that, I love love love my camera.
Since I cannot photograph my hands making the letters, I have substituted with animated hands.
Let me know if you cannot read it and I will tell you what it says....

I used to be able to sign, I took a course in it once. I can still do the alphabet, and that's about it!
I never learned sign language, so a translation would be helpful.

I didn't know that I actually remembered the signs.

The only one I recognise is the raised index finger, which is the signal the umpire gives to indicate that the batsman has been adjudged to be Out, in response to an appeal of "Howzat!!" by an opposing fielder.
As is well known, umpire Billy Bowden suffers from arthritis, which means that when he raises his finger to signify the end of a batsman's innings, it is, in fact, bent rather than erect.

One of my daughters, maybe two, or even three of them, can sign. None of my sons can, and neither can I. None of my ex wives could either, except when they were pissed at me for some imagined indiscretion, in which case you, I'm sure, can figure out the message they sent. I'm peace loving, though, so I never returned the sign. LOL.
