Come in...

Hey to all of you!
I miss you, please come in and have a seat.

Take your shoes off, get comfortable and make yourselves at home in the library, billiards room, theatre...

There are some sweets in the Grand Breakfast Room.

Stay as long as you like.

Before you leave, please sign the guest book in the foyer, tell me one BIG thing you are looking forward to this fall.

One big thing I am looking forward to is being able to have fires in the fireplace due to the cooler weather!

Glad you stopped by, have a great weekend.

Definitely looking forward to some cooler weather. Snuggling up by the fireplace sounds pretty good!

I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving and D1's return from FSU. I miss her terribly.

I'm with you on the weather. I'm tired of the humidity.

Thanks for the sweets...it was a great visit!

My big thing to be meeting more of my bloggy friends!

I think I am going to have to buy one of those things you call a fireplace. I love this season, windows open fresh air, no insects to speak of, an extra blanket if it drops in temp. Now Jan and Feb are what I do truly dread. Cold and really a trickle of income. If I had a real job, I would not dread the bitter winter but when I depend on weather, well it just kinda dampens the enthusiasm for winter. I long for the day when I can enjoy winter again. Thanks for sticking around... JW

Hi Lee. One BIG thing I'm looking forward to this fall is that it's spring. How fortunate I am!

It's been sunny here for two days in a row!! It's been wet all summer, so this is a nice change. Hardly ever freezes in Scotland these days over the winter. Hotboy

Yes, it's been a while since I've been around ...

I'm looking forward to this election season being over. It's been about three years so far, and I'm frankly sick of all the pandering from all sides.
