My sweet little Darbi passed away Saturday, October 10, 2009.I miss her so much; she was truly a sweet dear little friend.
She was quiet, gentle and kind.
She had the most beautiful crystal blue eyes.
She loved bundling up in a blanket to stay warm.
She did not talk (meow) much, but she purred very loud.
Her purr was the most comforting thing.
She had the softest fur, like a bunny rabbit and such beautiful coloring.
She was 12 years and 7 months old.
My heart aches.
I miss you and love you so much "Princess Darbi Sugarface", rest in peace.

The loss of a pet is so hard. I sometimes wonder why we do it to ourselves. I suppose the joy they bring us during their life outweighs the pain we feel when they leave.

Rob, Yes, this has been a rough year, but I can just feel that it is getting better now. Marley is such a sweet and chaotic blessing.

My heart goes out to you Lee Ann because my last pet was also a cat. He was just 4. I take comfort in your mentioning that you had many wonderful years with your Cat and I am most certain, very loving too. Love and friendship to you!

So sorry to hear about Darbi, Ima know what it's like to lose a pet. The good thing is, Darbi couldn't have had a better human to care for her during her short stay on earth.

MMIII ~ Thank you so much. I still miss my sweet girl, but I do have a very active puppy to keep me busy now.
Rasta ~ Yes, it has not been easy, I lost my other cat to cancer in January. I'll be honest, it has been a rough year, but I feel 2010 will be a good one. Thank you so much for you kind words my Rasta.
