Once upon a time, there was a Princess that was happy and content in her life. She had a curiosity and eagerness for learning. She wanted to meet new people and go new places. She still lives happily ever after in The Land of Blog...far, far away.

I can't find Deep Throat in there. Why ? It's a classic like Gone With The Wind.
You don't have my favorite - which is The Usual Suspects - but you have my 2nd favorite - Tombstone. I'm your huckleberry.
And I love the fact that they're alphabetized!!
that's pretty fucking insane.
Wow! Some of my favourites are:
As Good As It Gets
Babel
Bambi
Day After Tomorrow
House of Sand and Fog
Master and Commander
Truth about Cats and Dogs
I'm the last person on the planet who hasn't seen The Matrix, but I keep meaning to.
Why do DVDs just fill up the middle third of my screen? This looked like a blight on the consumer to me.Hotboy
wow! I don't keep a lot of movies because I usually only watch them once unless their really really good! lol
I say!
Very neat and tidy. Who does your dusting?
I can't see The Constant Gardener there at all.
MM III
You sure have a big collection. You could open a second-hand DVD-shop ....
LOL... we have the same shelving for DVDs!
I'm guessing now BG but I will have a lot of them but you know how it is no time to watch them ......let alone look at other people's collections!! Good post that but I'd have to tidy mine up before I took pics of them!!
Have a great weekend!
Wow! I now know who I'm going to visit the next time I need to borrow a movie for Saturday night. You've got seriously great - and eclectic - taste in film.
BTW, your caption took last week's Caption This over on my blog. Congrats...and thanks for participating. I posted a new one, too:

Whoa! thats a lot of movies
Lee Ann - Wow, we have a lot of the same movies. I have about 100 DVD's and another 100 VHS tapes.
Here's one you might want to check out that I don't think I saw it in your list.

"Frailty" with Bill Paxton and Matthew McConaughey. Trust me you'll really love it.
Next time I'm down south I'll bring over some popcorn. You have a small blockbuster store there. ;)
Peace & Hugs,
- Neo
Congrats on winning Carmi's caption game!
Great collection - saw a lot of stuff I like there. Some of my faves include LOTR Trilogy, the first Matrix ONLY, Bridget Jones, Casino Royale, Hitch... to name just a very few.
One of my all-time favorites I didn't see - highly recommended if you haven't seen it: Zero Effect with Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller. Also missing: Amelie, Garden State, Moulin Rouge (not a big musical fan EXCEPT for this movie).
I do collect something! I collect books on buddhism! Hotboy
Thank you for all of the great suggestions of the movies that I do not have. Several of them I have not seen yet. I have seen Garden State and I DO like that movie. I have almost picked that one up several different times.
Quality Tale, Twisted and Hanulf...thank you for stopping in. Please come back more often.
Oh Hanulf, I do have Moulin Rouge, it is in between Mona Lisa Smile and Monster-in-law. Looks like it is misfiled....I will need to fix that! ;)
Did anyone bring the popcorn?
little miss sunshine is a great fun movie. I also like hunt for red october.
you need 2 more seasons of Friends
I wonder how many people have noticed that they're alphabetical??? Hm. LA?
Very nice collection. How many DVD's do you own?
I have quite the collection of DVD's myself and noticed many of the same titles. and some different ones, too.
