I hope you're feeling better soon. I've been under the weather and I went to a party last weekend and drank some wassail. That made me feel so much better, so you should figure out how to make it. A recipe I saw online was non-alcoholic, but there was definitely rum in the kind I had. I suggest you stick with the alcoholic version. :)
